Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Clearance or final‑sale items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right quickly.
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
